- Where can you ship my order?
We ship all over the United States, Canada, Mexico, Australia Europe and Asian countries.
- – When can i place an order?
For next-day delivery, please place your order before noon Monday – Thursday within the US/Canada, those out of America can order at anytime.
- How long would shipping take to reach me?
Within the US shipping takes 24hr by air, 1-2 days by land depending on the order time, and for other countries in Europe and Asia shipping will take 7-30days by Ocean Freight
- How much is shipping?

- Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we do! If you order $500 and free shipping for regular customers..
- How is payment done?
In order to secure your order a 70% advanced payment is highly required. Payment can be done via Apple, Zelle, Direct Bank transfer.
- Can I track my order?
You will receive an email with a tracking number the day before your package is scheduled to be delivered. You will be able to track the journey of your shipment from the day it leaves our shipping warehouse to a logistic company.
- How do you package my order?
All orders are well packaged in a transparent plastics and placed into ice boxes to preserve them well until it reaches their destinations.
- What if my order is delivered late?
We package your order to last two days in transit. If your order is delayed for more than two days, please contact us. We will refund or reship your order.
- Can you change my order once it is placed?
Our interface gives clients the ability to change your order before checkout. If you have a concern, please contact us.
- What happens if my order arrives spoiled?
