Langoustine are mostly located and fished in the deep cold waters of the North Atlantic or coastal New Zealand, they are similar to lobsters in appearance, but with a slightly better taste.
This Langoustine lobster has always been in high demand from clients. langoustines are widely regarded as a premium shellfish. You can expect a delightful sweetness and succulence.
They are easily cooked by boiling them in salt water for a few minutes, or cut into separate pieces and grilled with butter and fresh tarragon.
