The extra-large shrimp are cooked in the shell hours after harvest and peeled and deveined for your convenience. The process seals in the natural flavor of the shrimp and results in a firm texture.
Shrimps exist in many different varieties and mostly situated near the seafloor of most coasts and estuaries, as well as in rivers and lakes.
