Temperature Monitoring

Every category of seafood is well preserved at perfect temperature in order to maintain their taste  and prevention of decay. For order of live crabs, lobsters, clams or shrimps they are put in large containers of fresh water and fed to maintain life and sustainability. Our warehouse comprises of large fridges in which these marine animals are cut into desirable sections  and preserved at the required temperatures.
